**Background**:
The Centre for Food Policy is a leading interdisciplinary centre focused on shaping effective food systems. The Research Fellow will contribute to the “Joined up policy and practice for joined up landscapes” (JPP4JL) project, co-led by Dr. Christian Reynolds and Dr. Christopher Yap, aiming to enhance climate change adaptation through Nature-Based Solutions in the UK.

**Responsibilities**:
The Research Fellow or Senior Research Fellow will lead a “Test and Trial” approach to support the implementation of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) in collaboration with local partners. This will involve conducting qualitative research, including workshops and interviews, to gather and analyze data on NBS effectiveness.

The selection process will involve a 5 minute presentation on a pre-set topic and a 45 minute interview.
