We are currently looking to recruit Programme Management Office staff to join us. We can offer a good mix of working from home and office working (when possible). As a key member of a programme management office, the role might cover:
- Developing, implementing, and managing processes and systems across the PMO
- Planning and scheduling to provide support, guidance and recommendations based on best practise
- Analysing financial, commercial, risk and performance data and performing assurance at a programme level
- Financial and Performance reporting to senior management and board
- Stakeholder management across the PMO and other teams across the organisation
- Benefits management - tracking, measuring and planning throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing Governance and assurance activities
**About you**
You will be a PMO Professional, working towards an industry recognised qualification with previous experience within a Programme / Capital Delivery Environment. You will have the ability to successfully engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels to drive beneficial change.
You will also have skills in performance management, planning, controls & resourcing, with a strong understanding in areas such as finance, technology and process. Your passion for delivering high quality client service and solutions will be crucial to your success with Stantec.
