Salary : £23k -£26k depending on experience and qualifications

As a Visiting Angels Care Coordinator you will be organising and coordinating weekly, rotas and Care services. Line manage and supervise care workers, plan and allocate care assignments to appropriate care workers and carry out on-call coordinating and response unties outside normal office hours

With experience in Care Coordinating within the care sector, we need someone who has demonstrated the ability to consistently improve services in line with Care Inspectorate standards, showing a clear understanding of what ‘outstanding’ care looks like.Experience with care coordinating software (Access People planner) essential but training will be provided.

You will help build a work family where everyone is valued as an individual, whilst creating and maintaining a culture of performance and excellence. With your innate kindness, you will create a point of much-needed support for families and provide life-changing services for clients. You will also be involved in assessments, client reviews, people management, undertake staff supervisions and much more

Qualifications:

- SVQ Social and Healthcare Level 3 or above

.Experience with coordinator software ( Access People Planner)
- Experience of managing and leading a team
- Valid driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
