**THE ROLE**

Excellent people skills, attention to detail, good spatial awareness and an available to be “hands on” and have a reasonable knowledge of basic tool skills are essential to the role.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to);**
- Abide by company personnel policies with a high standard of customer care, honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with health & safety policies.
- Be prepared to respond at short notice to our customer requests.
- Fully understand the sales process appropriate to the markets and to develop sales.
- Have a very good knowledge of product ranges and specifications, when applicable prepare appropriate quotations.
- Carry out accurately and record details of surveys (often in domestic settings),
- Provide the customer with a thorough understanding of the product and solutions to best fits their needs.
- Be aware of competitor activities including products, marketing and organisational structure, and keep up to date with competitor sales and understand how to counteract.
- Complete all paperwork in line with company procedures and policies.
- Complete ongoing product and survey training in relation to new products coming into the market.

- some experience of working in a technical or medical environment
- experience in dealing with customers
- a full driving licence
