**BI Corporate Business Oversight Compliance Manager**

As a BI Corporate Business Oversight Compliance Manager at Barclays, you will represent the oversight of key frameworks, risk assessments, adherence to regulatory management programmes as well as Compliance Policies and Standards. Your role will be focused on oversight and co-ordination of the international compliance activities for Corporate Banking and the development and operation of the CB Management Office.

**Hybrid Working**
We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.
**What will you be doing?**:
- Providing day-to-day Compliance advice across relevant Corporate Banking (CB) Business areas
- Providing guidance on technical requirements through researching of regulations and specifications
- Reviewing documents related to new products, product launches and modification
- Assessing the regulatory risks of new business initiatives and provide feedback on areas of concern to the relevant management team member
- Assisting regulatory enquiries and requests ensuring all requirements are logged and actions satisfactorily met
- Identifying, managing and escalating conduct risks or potential risks within CB businesses to managers for validation and investigation
- Working closely with the Compliance Assurance team to assist in identifying scope for review and assisting our Compliance Risk Assessment outcomes
- Assisting the CB Compliance team more widely, including administration of Compliance governance and ad-hoc tasks where required by the Corporate compliance management team
**What we’re looking for**:
- Degree educated in a relevant field or equivalent
- A solid track record in Compliance within a Financial Services company
- Project / change management experience
- Ability to analyse and interpret risk and evaluation controls
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks to execution with solid communication, negotiation and mediation skills
- Proven ability to work with a diverse and geographically dispersed team
- Be reliable and accountable with great interpersonal skills
