**Treasury Business Oversight Compliance Manager**

As a Barclays Treasury Business Oversight Compliance Manager you will provide advisory support to the Treasury department and assist the Compliance team to meet their second line responsibilities and help to ensure the right outcomes for clients, investors and markets are embedded in Treasury’s decision making. **What will you be doing?**:

- Assisting with Compliance’s oversight of Treasury with tasks including communicating and training of policy and regulatory requirements and targeted testing to confirm adherence
- Providing interpretation on Compliance Policy to Treasury employees, responding directly to their requests
- Supporting and challenging Treasury teams through conduct related processes, such as annual risk assessments
- Assisting in the management of escalations from the Surveillance and Employee Compliance teams
- Assisting Treasury Compliance to perform due diligence on business transactions
- Assisting the team with ad hoc projects, such as regulatory change programmes, and with regular monthly processes, such as regulatory horizon scanning

**What we’re looking for**:

- Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with relevant markets financial product and regulation knowledge preferred
- Ability to build relationships, make impactful contributions and effectively influence outcomes

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Relevant professional qualifications are desirable
