Executive Assistant

**Full-Time Executive Assistant - HG Ventures - ONSITE in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.**

With an HQ in Chipping Campden, we are now looking to expand our team with the addition of an **Executive Assistant**.

**You will have**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting multiple departments or executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meeting, managing employee records, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assisting Marketing with various tasks, such as coordinating meetings, managing, and scheduling social media accounts, and organising marketing materials.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO.
- Conducting research on various topics as requested by team members and compile findings into concise reports.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and matters.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
