**About the job**

Within your new support worker role, you will be supporting vulnerable adults with various complex needs such as learning difficulties, mental health difficulties and challenging behavior within residential and supported living settings.

We have full time, part time and weekend only positions available. Flexible agency work in which you would supply your availability, in return you will be given guaranteed shifts to match your availability. We are recruiting for agency workers, temp to perm contracts and permanent contracts.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily living and independent skills: Helping clients to get organized, plan their day and complete domestic duties, medication administration (if needed)
- Helping people who may have communication difficulties to express themselves and make choices
- Providing emotional and behavioral support: Listen, understand, build confidence and self esteem
- Keeping active: day to day activities
- Delivering individual support plans: Following a dedicated person-centered support plan, including update our nourish system, key worker sessions and setting goals
