**Shifts**
Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota, days can be flexible.
£12.70-£13.20 ph - Contracted Position
This is a great role for someone looking for a new challenge at a company that cares about you Working as part of a team in Prenton, you will provide support to our lovely client in their own home. They are 18 years old, loves eating out, being social, beauty treatments and days out. **Our client has requested Female only support workers.**
Our client has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, because of this they have significant reduced movement in their upper and lower limbs and use a wheelchair, along with an eye gaze to communicate.
You MUST be a DRIVER & have a car. Non Drivers without a car will not be considered for this role.
PLEASE NOTE: Our pay rates are exclusive of holiday pay meaning you also get paid for when you take holidays, unlike some roles advertised on indeed.
**Duties**
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Help individuals participate in social and recreational activities
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health status
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities prefered but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Pay: £12.70-£13.20 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
