New Lending Consultant

**Our Client have some exciting opportunities in their New Lending Contact Centre and we’re looking for talented and engaging customer service experts to join our New Lending team as Consultants.
The role us working from home you can be based anywhere in the UK All equipment will be provided.
**Salary - £18,000-£20,000
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 35 hours a week
Training - 4 weeks
Various benefits available
Some of the key accountabilities involved are:
- Completing income and expenditure as per the Decision in Principle process
- Keeping customer informed throughout the process and delivering timely decisions to customers
- Adhering to FCA regulatory requirements and keeping up to date with policies
This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity and training will be delivered virtually by our team of Learning & Development Specialists.
**What will you bring to the role? **
We are looking for talented individuals with great communication skills, alongside the ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders. If you have the following experience and knowledge set out below, we wantto hear from you
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of mortgage regulations
- Excellent conversational and listening skills
- Ability to overcome objection, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to take ownership and manage own work through to conclusion, escalating issues as appropriate
