This is a fantastic opportunity for a PR or Communications Account Manager to support every aspect of the brand development process, from brand discovery, including perception audits, research and interviews, to brand strategy, including the developmentof the core brand narrative, creative development and communications and employee engagement strategies.

**PR Account Manager Responsibilities**

As the PR Account Manager some of your duties will include:

- Assist with the upkeep of the Personnel File ensuring accuracy of data, including contracts, new starter paperwork and inductions, monitoring training, probationary periods and absences.
- Assist the HR Manager will the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and completion to a high standard in a timely manner, including collating timesheets, queries and processing teachers’ pensions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all databases
- Assist and note-take in any Disciplinary, Grievance or other HR related meetings

**PR Account Manager Experience**

You will be able to demonstrate:

- At least three years’ agency or B2B PR/communications experience, or several years of in-house in the energy/sustainability sector
- Experience of managing client accounts and junior team members
- The ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and size, deploying intuitive prioritisation skills
- First-rate written communication skills with an engaging style and close attention to language, grammar and accuracy
