Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing project timelines, coordinating deliverables, analyzing and reporting on account performance, and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in account management, client engagement, and project coordination
  • Analytical skills for performance evaluation, goal setting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, CRM platforms, and project management software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks or accounts simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in Account Management or a related customer-focused role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
