**Skilled Site Labourer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in a construction project
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment
- Assist with the rip-out of existing fixtures, fittings and infrastructure.
- Installation of structures, fixtures, and systems
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or hazards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a skilled labourer in construction or a related field
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- CSCS valid card holder
- IPAF desired, PASMA desired

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £120.00 per day

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leigh WN7 4PG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- IPAF (preferred)
- Pasma (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
