We work for the biggest house builders in the country providing quality cleaning and aftercare solutions. We're currently going through a period of growth and have targeted bringing in a new member of staff with a good work ethic and interpersonal skills to join our current close knit hard working team.

**Main Purpose of the role**

**Main Duties / Accountability**

Your responsibilities would consist of contributing to our chemical cleaning department in the cleaning of new build properties for our growing client base to a high standard at all times.

**Essential** **Experience/Skills**
- Organised approach
- Health and safety experience
- Full UK Drivers license
- Green Labourers CSCS card
- Keen eye for detail
- General Labouring experience

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail / high degree of accuracy
- Able to prioritise and manage own work load
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

**Salary**: From £23,100.00 per year
