**You must have knowledge and experience of **
- Knowledge of what environmental anti-social behaviour is, of environmental related criminal offence related legislation and the technical aspects of enforcement.
- Knowledge of methods available to resolve environmental ASB issues.
- Knowledge of an environmental ASB investigators role in Safeguarding and data protection.
- Experience of tackling environmental anti-social behaviour related problems.
- Experience of taking of relevant forms of enforcement action.
- Well-developed planning, organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Experience of dealing with potentially difficult situations.
- Experience of providing support to vulnerable people.
- Experience of effective negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience of effective partnership working.
- Experience of managing and prioritising a varied workload.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Experience of working under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines.
- Experience of effective ICT skills - including working knowledge of the Microsoft office packages.

**You must have the following qualifications.**
- 5 GCSE’s A - C or 9 - 4 including Maths and English or relevant demonstratable experience
- Evidence of continual professional development and a willingness to undertake additional training as required.
- Current driving licence, or means to mobility support.
