As the Digital Marketing & Event Specialist, you will drive our client’s digital presence to boost brand awareness while increasing traffic to acquire new customers. You will provide confidence that up-to-date technologies are being used to optimise theirdigital marketing efforts. You will join a high performing team, exhibiting at shows around the world and contributing to the thought leadership strategy and brand awareness activities. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to be involved at theearly stages of identifying exciting new markets/opportunities for the Company.

**The Role**

As a Digital Marketing & Event Specialist you will contribute to the Marketing team by:

- Co-ordinating social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns from planning and implementing through to monitoring results
- Employing marketing analytics techniques to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) through social media, web analytics, rankings etc.
- Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends
- Uploading and updating online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals and, where necessary, liaising with graphic and website designers
- Photographing product range, videoing and editing presentations and tutorials
- Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities
- Organising and co-ordinating marketing events such as exhibitions and webinars
- Researching and collecting data on new market opportunities and competitors and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations

**The Person**
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere desirable
- Photography & videography skills desirable
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
