As our new Digital Marketing Officer, you'll be at the heart of our sales and marketing team with content creation, bringing our shared ownership homes to life through stunning visuals and compelling narratives. Whether you're out on site capturing the perfect shot, editing videos, or crafting captivating social media posts, your creativity and passion for helping people will shine through in everything you do.

This role will be remote, but ideally, you’ll be based within our operating regions as travel will be required to visit our homes which span across Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Berkshire, Gloucestershire and London.

This role is varied and no two days will be the same, within our busy and fast-paced sales and marketing team.

You will likely find yourself
- Going out to capture engaging content, including videos and photos, that showcase our shared ownership homes and their communities.
- Utilising an iPhone and accessories to capture high-quality content, including imagery and videos to showcase our completed homes that can be used throughout the sales journey and resonates with our audiences.
- Attending site meetings and area visits to capture construction updates to keep potential buyers engaged and updated, creating that real buzz around the upcoming homes and where we are building them.
- Lifestyle content - We don’t just sell homes at Aster Sales; we sell new beginnings. When moving into a new home, buyers need to know about their new communities, local amenities, and nearby attractions, and we need you to take them on this journey by capturing exciting and aspirational content to inspire them.

You will come to the role with proven experience as a content creator, digital marketer or similar.

You’ll have a strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences and algorithms and will be highly motivated and eager to explore new ideas.

Your communication and collaboration skills will be strong and you’ll be able to demonstrate excellent written English for copywriting and proofreading.

You’ll be experienced in using video editing tools and will have great attention to detail, understanding how the detail can really make a difference.

You will be comfortable working on your own and planning your own time, but will also love how working collaboratively can really grow ideas.

As the role will require you to travel you will need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purpose.
