**Wholesale Account Executive**
**Up to £35,000 + Bonus**
**London / Hybrid Working**

We are thrilled to partner with a leading brand in the **Yoga & Wellness** industry This **B Corp-certified**, fast-growing, privately owned company has made a significant mark in the sector. They are now expanding their exceptional team and are looking for a passionate and driven **Wholesale Account Executive**. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving the growth of wholesale accounts, building meaningful relationships with partners around the world, from independent yoga studios to luxury hotels and major retailers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a positive and personable manner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the wholesale channel.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, requests, and issues promptly to maintain a first-class wholesale experience.
- Manage wholesale relationships by exceeding customer expectations, conducting proactive check-ins, and developing rapport with partners.
- Own key aspects of the CRM process, managing new leads, onboarding new accounts, and reactivating dormant relationships.
- Keep wholesale assets like lookbooks and price lists up-to-date and aligned with the brand's vision.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless and efficient processing of wholesale orders.
- Assist the Wholesale Manager with sales and marketing projects through research, reporting, and execution of new initiatives.
- Tackle various administrative duties across the Wholesale and wider company teams as needed.

**What's next?**

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Wholesale Account Executive: 2 years (preferred)
