Intelligence Officer
Counter Terrorism Policing - North East (CTP NE)
Leeds
1 permanent, 37 hour post
An excellent opportunity has arisen to play a key role in a unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terrorism Policing. We want someone who enjoys working as part of team, but also has the self-motivation to work independently.
In this role you will receive, assess, evaluate, and develop intelligence, ensuring compliance with local and national policy. This will involve controlling information and intelligence dissemination to both internal and external partners.
This post is a standard working week of Monday-Friday, however there is a requirement to work a rota which includes weekend working for which the appropriate weekend enhancement is paid. You will also be required to participate in on call duties on a rota basis for which you will receive the appropriate payment.
You must be prepared to work flexible hours to suit the CTP requirements, and be prepared to attend meetings throughout the UK plus have the ability and willingness to travel and work elsewhere, for business purposes.
The post is suitable for job share.
