Administration Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our successful and dedicated team. This role is pivotal in supporting the accurate and timely management of patient quotations and enquiries for Fitzwilliam and Boston West Hospitals. This vacancy is full time position to cover maternity leave.
The role
You will be responsible for ensuring patient quotations are managed effectively and that reporting on this is accurate and timely.
You will have proven experience in administration and customer service as well as excellent communication skills with demonstrated computer proficiency. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as is the ability to effectively time manage a busy workload.
