**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.

As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible in maintaining an up to date and accurate financial records, generating financial reports and ensuring the company’s compliance with financial regulations.

You will also serve as the front for any financial queries, provide valuable insights and information as and when required by the stakeholders and other team members.

We are looking for someone to join the team in this key role as we initiate efforts to strengthen our financial operations.

This is a remote Part Time Position - working 3 days per week.

£25000-£35000 Pro Rata

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Bookkeeping**:

- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of sales records and expenses
- Work with UK accountants on annual accounts and tax returns

**Payroll**:

- Preparation and processing of payroll for employees, including the production of P60 forms and handling all year-end processes
- Pension administration and processing auto-enrolment

**VAT Management**:

- Preparation and submission of UK VAT returns
- Preparation and collaboration with EU accountants for submission of EU VAT returns
- Management of all fiscal compliances across the world as required

**Financial Reporting**:

- Generate financial reports for management
- Provide insights into financial performance

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ Years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Double Entry Bookkeeping
- Knowledge of UK VAT and EU VAT regulations
- Bookkeeper Certified
- Familiarity and proficiency in using Xero

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Previous experience in payroll and workplace pension scheme
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Exposure to handling international transactions
- Experience working remotely
- Passion for tennis
