My client is looking global creative marketing agency for client facing project managers/account managers with the ability to manage multimediaadaptation briefings for a massive household name from start to final delivery.
**Role: **project managers/account manager**s**
**Job type: **Contract
**Day Rate: **£200-280 p/d inside IR35
**Location**: Remote, Need to be UK based
**Length: **3 months
**Requirements**:
Tasks
- Persistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
- Manage projects from brief to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
- Follow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools - FIDO, Trados etc.
- Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc) and external (Clients and Agencies)
- Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays ect.
- Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendation
- Ensure Schedules, technical specs and copy dates are obtained and correct, report any delays to Account Directors
