Responsibilities:
Front of House
- Take food and drink orders from customer
- Prepare barista style drinks along with a range of other hot drinks and cold drinks
- Serve cakes, portion control
- Stock rotation, cash handling
- Maintain clean front of house area and assist in opening and closing down of the front of house area
- Waiting on and pot washing

Kitchen Hand
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with food preparation and plating for service
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
