I couldnt wish for a better Nursery" **Room Leader main responsibilities include**: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development Communicate with impartiality and consistency, respecting parent/carers’ expectations and seek guidance from management if in doubt Provide the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development Report any child safeguarding or protection matters, including allegations and serious accidents/injuries to management Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on EyMan system and on file Promote respect and credibility for this position by leading as a role model with impartiality and consistency **Room Leader requirements and skills**: Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements Over 6 months’ experience working in a senior position Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating The Coach House Day Nursery, part of the Family First Nursery Group, offers the highest quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
