**Property Advisor**

We are currently looking to recruit a Schools and Academies Property Advisor, to offer consultancy and guidance services on Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive maintenance to our client’s buildings in line with service level agreements.

**What we are looking for**:

- The ideal applicant will be IWFM qualified to a minimum of level 3, the role would suit an experienced property estate manager or someone keen to develop their FM career.
- You are ambitious and proactive and will deliver high quality property management advice and technical support, both remotely and on-site, to clients and our in-house helpdesk, in line with service level agreements.
- Your knowledge and understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety legislation alongside management of contractors and associated building works will be underpinned by your ability to research and interpret complex information.
- You will be agile in your approach, possess the resourcefulness and self-confidence to work alone in situations when calm-headiness is required and be comfortable working at home, in an office and on-site at a school or academy trust.
- Ideally you will have previous experience of working in the education sector, whilst not essential some understanding of this sector and the challenges it faces would be beneficial.

Driving licence is essential as this role involves travelling to school customers premises.
