**Overview**:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to work for an established Estate Agent with a strong flow of leads and commissions on all business banked

**Main Duties**:
Working from across a network of established offices, you will offer advice to new and existing clients with regards to mortgages and protection.

You will have access to the whole of the mortgage market plus a very strong panel of life companies for protection business to enable the successful applicants to offer advice on Protection including Life, Critical Illness, PHI, PMI, IPP, Buildings and Contents.

As a Mortgage Broker you will have the client’s best interests to heart and offer a professional service to the clients looking to buy their property.

Quality leads will be provided by a team of professional Sales Negotiators who are selling high volumes of properties per month. They will be referring their clients to you for offer qualification and to ensure they have the very best deal available.

**Key Skills**:
As a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser working within the branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

Applications will be considered from Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Advisers, Mortgage Advisors, Mortgage Consultants and other Mortgage Professionals if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAShas been attained.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced advisor who is looking for a long term role.
