Trainee Mortgage Advisors - Commercial and Residential Mortgage Broking - Milton Keynes

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a number of experienced, suitably qualified CEMAP 123 Mortgage Advisor to join a very well established partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation based in Milton Keynes.

We are looking for brokers who are looking for a more lucrative seat and that is attracted by an employed position with leads provided.

We are also keen to speak with Banking advisors transitioning to Broking as well as Cemap qualified individuals with mortgage exposure that are looking for their first steps into advisory.

Commercial Mortgage experience is desirable but not a compulsory requirement for the role as full training will be given.

Base to £30,000 with an OTE of £65,000 + and uncapped - we have advisors in the business earning £100,000 +

The role is office based in MK7 with hybrid potential.

The firm we are recruiting for are part of a dynamic, 500+ advisor strong group of businesses linked to PRIMIS Mortgage Network.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded businesses.

The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency - the list goes on..
