**Job Title**: Estates Team Leader

**Location**: Central Reading

**Salary**: £25 - 30k

**Hours**: Full time - 8.30am - 5.30

**Key responsibilities within your new role would be to**:

- Be the first point of contact for all contractors
- Be responsible for Front of House business requirements
- Keep all Front of House guides up to date and ensure all staff have completed training
- Ensure all IT equipment is well maintained and report any query's
- Coordinate and oversee high volume reprographics requests
- Quality check work produced by the team
- Purchase and invoicing of stationary and reprographic consumables
- Be the first point of contact for contractors and engineers
- Be responsible for archiving and deeds management
- Assist with any reprographic projects
- Build strong relationships with partners and staff
- Deal with any queries that arise throughout the day
- Conduct 1 to 1's with the estate's team, maintain team rota and the holiday diary
- Keep invoicing up to date on the system
- Prepare Audits and assist with internal office moves
- Assist with Health & Safety including Fire Evacuation Strategy
- General Ad hoc Admin duties

**Experience and skills required for this position**:

- Previous experience leading or supporting a team
- Strong Admin experience
- Experience working within the Legal or Estates industry would be desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Outlook
- Ability to create a positive and energetic atmosphere
- Able to work under pressure in a varied role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and able to delegate fairly
- Organised with a friendly and 'can-do attitude
