Your main role as the **Account Manager (Corporate & Real Estate)** will include maintaining good relationships with existing client portfolio, ensuring a consistent and excellent service is provided at all times.

Spot upselling opportunities within your portfolio as well as new client wins within the Corporate & Real Estate segments. And work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure alignment in the sales and marketing approach to your given segment(s).

We are looking for an **Account Manager (Corporate & Real Estate)** to cover the South of England so travel will be required.

You will need to ensure good lines of communication with your team leader and other colleagues and offer assistance to others when possible.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prospecting and securing new opportunities for the company
- Maintaining and building a good rapport with your portfolio of key accounts
- Achieving targets set by the company on a quarterly basis
- To contribute to product development by providing regular feedback
- To maintain knowledge of company product offerings
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences and exhibitions

**Performance Criteria**
- Have a background of sales into the Legal Sector (property searches preferred)
- Will be able to demonstrate the ability to win new opportunities and account manage
- Self-starter, able to work remotely and independently
- Remains calm under pressure, and competent when dealing with difficult situations
- Competent in dealing with a high volume of work, works efficiently and accurately at all times
- Has the ability to work proactively not just reactively.
- Can produce evidence of consistently achieving targets
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Full and current UK driving licence

You may be required to perform other duties, not listed above, as assigned by the managers or Directors from time to time. All necessary training you require will be provided.
