**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Business and Finance Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving improvements in financial administration, business systems, and performance reporting

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Manage day-to-day financial administration including invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, cashflow analysis, assisting with year end audit and budget tracking
- Support the development and improvement of business systems and processes.
- Produce accurate and insightful performance reports and analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operational delivery and continuous improvement
- Assist the company secretary with Governance tasks

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service, business administration and financial processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and business systems (e.g., CRM, finance software such as Xero)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of performance frameworks and KPIs
