About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business and Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving improvements in financial administration, business systems, and performance reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage day-to-day financial administration including invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, cashflow analysis, assisting with year end audit and budget tracking
  • Support the development and improvement of business systems and processes.
  • Produce accurate and insightful performance reports and analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operational delivery and continuous improvement
  • Assist the company secretary with Governance tasks

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service, business administration and financial processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and business systems (e.g., CRM, finance software such as Xero)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in one or more of the following sectors:
  • Digital / Tech
  • Events Management
  • Social Care / Health & Wellbeing
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of performance frameworks and KPIs
