We want you to join this internationally regarded organisation as their latest Head of HR. You will be part of the senior leadership team in this diverse and varied opportunity for a credible, influential, and highly experienced HR professional.
**Temporary Head of HR Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for business making decisions
- Oversee staff recruitment, personal review and development for members of the teams
- Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries, alongside providing coaching and guidance across the full HR lifecycle
- Manage and improving systems, processes and policies
- Support the Senior Staff of several departments in the development of a ‘one department’ culture and take a proactive leadership role in informing department-wide strategy
- Maintain an up-to-date expert knowledge of issues, policies, good practice and regulatory frameworks relevant to the role
- Leading, managing and motivating an HR administrator

Our client is a world leader in their educational field. The Temporary Head of HR will play a huge part in their continued success of our clients merging Departments.
**Temporary Head of HR Experience**
- Graduate membership of CIPD or equivalent
- Significant experience of providing professional HR services within a complex organisation
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent professional working relationships and inspire trust
- The ability to identify and manage risk in complex employee relations cases/compliance matters which require pragmatic and creative solutions
- Professional and proactive approach to enabling managers to achieve their objectives, through the provision of HR advice that is prompt, persuasive, effective and evaluates risk
- Experience of implementing change, with a flexible and optimistic approach, in a complex environment
- Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing HR initiatives
- Ability to lead, develop and manage staff to fulfil their potential
- Ability to think and operate strategically, both at the operational and organisational level
- Confidence in decision-making, resilience, and a natural inclination to solve problems
- A commitment towards high standards and a focus on the quality of the customer experience
**Temporary Head of HR Location**
This role is based in Central Oxford. Sadly, there is no parking available on site. However, the office is very easily reached via public transport or bicycle
