Branch Sales Manager

Working as a **Branch Sales Manager** for **Jewson in Leicester**; you will support the Branch Manager by leading the sales team in store. This is a 'hands-on' role where you will take ownership of several key customer accounts,whilst supporting and developing a high-performing team. You will continuously lead by example, ensuring excellent levels of service and satisfaction are delivered to customers in order to achieve the company's goals.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Identify and deliver results across a range of Key Performance Indicators, through the management and planning of day to day sales functions within branch
- Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional level of service to all customers and account holders
- Effectively lead the sales team, regularly presenting detailed reports on branch performance, and delivering training in line with the Saint Gobain values
- Ensure the team are experts in their field, maintaining a high level of commercial knowledge to instil trust with all clients
- Facilitate meetings onsite with account holders within the local area

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- A proven track record within a proactive sales role in a Builder's Merchants or with Construction Materials and Services
- An infectious passion for sales, with the ability to lead and motivate a successful sales team within a competitive market
- Leadership experience, including people and performance management
- Experience effectively supporting and training a team, encouraging each team member to grow and develop within their role
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of success achieving against KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, working with a wide range of colleagues and clients
- Full clean driving licence
