A position has become available for an experienced and conscientious community psychiatric nurse in Maidstone, Kent. The successful community psychiatric nurse will be able to confidently hold a complex case load and have access to a car to complete home visits. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessments of the current needs and treatment for service users who require different levels of support.

**Community Psychiatric Nurse essential skills**:

- Implement evidence-based care plans and risk assessments
- The ability to implement and share best practice of local policy across multi agency platforms
- The ability to build and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
- Knowledge and experience of clinical and management supervision.
- Good organisation and problem-solving skills
- Manage and communicate sensitive information effectively
- Effective team work skills

**Meditemp requires you to have**:

- A minimum of 6 months recent experience as a children and young person’s community psychiatric nurse
- NMC registration
- Eligibility to work within the UK
