We are looking for someone passionate about fundraising or business development to join our fabulous team as our Fundraiser. If you have the desire and ability to grow our income streams, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting time to join ADSS, we have ambitious plans for people with dementia in Kent and have many untapped fundraising opportunities.

**About you**:
We want to welcome a proactive, dynamic, and dedicated Fundraiser who is interested in Community and Corporate Fundraising. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to truly make a difference to the lives of people affected by dementia. You may or may not have experience in this field, but you will have fabulous communication skills, transferable skills in building excellent relationships. You will be a as passionate as we are about ensuring that people with dementia get to live the life they want.

- Identify opportunities and plans to maximise them.
- Use all Microsoft operating systems and demonstrate a willingness to learn our local CRM system.

**About the role**:
Our Fundraiser is key to ADSS being able to achieve the next phase of its growth ambitions. We have recently been successful in getting statutory funding that has widened the geographical area of our work, this presents us with new opportunities to generate income. We are looking for someone who wants to build excellent relationships within the communities we work in to increase our income.
