To ensure to the day to day smooth running of The Karri Clinic and the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.

Ensure an efficient, professional and standard service to all patients, visitors, consultants and staff.

All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

Personal assistant to Mr Karri the lead consultant at The Karri Clinic, will involve managing his diary and his commitments and being the first port of call for him.

Essential

Excellent organisation and multitasking skills required. - Flexible and adaptable. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Motivated and enthusiastic. - Excellent standard of written and spoken English - Good problem solving skills with the ability to present solutions - Ability to stay calm under pressure - Tactful and diplomatic - Positive and enthusiastic - Customer focused - Motivated, flexible and adaptable to change - Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions based on the protocols set down, and in line with our policies and processes

Desirable

Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment.
