We’re looking for a proactive Upselling School Executive to join our busy Schools Team. Upselling School Executives are responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with existing school customers. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging with current customers to promote additional products or services that may be of value to them. As an Upselling Executive you will work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to identify potential upselling opportunities and develop strategies to effectively pitch and sell these products or services.

**How you’ll spend your day**:

- Identifying and pursuing upselling opportunities with existing customers
- Working with the marketing team to develop strategies for upselling
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets

**In this role you will learn**:

- How to use sales techniques effectively.
- How to provide excellent customer service.
- How to meet SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators).

**You’ll work with**:

- Nicole McInally - Upselling Team Manager
- Rachel Heathfield - Head of Schools
- The wider schools team

**Requirements**:
**To succeed in the role you will**:

- Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with existing customers
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment
- Be proactive in understanding all our products and services in order match to customer needs
