**Job Description - Service Delivery Executive**
**Employment type - **Permanent

**Reporting line - **Head of Service Delivery
**Direct reports - **N/A
**The Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our Service Delivery team. Using the Kura App, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our key managed services. These range from transporting passengers to schools, colleges & large corporate customers. Key responsibilies include:
- Monitoring alarms on journeys, identify and fix problems
- Effective and accurate communication with Operators and Customers
- Managing live service issues, considering safety and speed of resolution
- Reviewing and analysing client requirements (including route and vehicle planning), pro-actively making recommendations to improve service delivery including controlling costs
- Producing reports relating to daily service delivery
- Working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure effective resolution to customer complaints and queries
- Use Amazon Quicksight and other software as required to identify areas for service
- Answer phone calls during live service, identifying immediate problems and following them through to resolution
- First line contact for live service calls
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
**The Person**
Essential
- Naturally inquisitive, with a view to preventing problems for customers
- A good level of technical IT experience in the use of PC, tablet, GPS and RFID/NFC products
- A good level of organisation and administration skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Positive and inspiring to a team when facing challenges
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working in a customer service/support department
Desirable
- Experience working in a customer first enviroment
- Knowledge or experience in the education industry
- Knowledge or experience of the transport industry
- Experience working within a small and medium-sized entrepreneurial business
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
