**Salary**:Band 6/ £35,500 to £45,000 depending on experience

**THE ROLE**

As a Supplier Relationship Manager in The British Business Bank, you will be responsible for making finance markets work better for smaller businesses through the development of deep relationships with our strategic partners.

Reporting to the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team and will be responsible for maximising the value and Supplier effectiveness from a portfolio of Supplier relationships from a cost, SLA, support andperformance perspective. You will partner with the business to oversee supplier service contracts and act as an escalation point for the Business and Supplier in the event of concerns, ensuring effective communication while reaching a resolution and undertakingpost incident reviews.

You will have extensive experience of effective contract, commercial, service and budget management within a complex multi-source service and supplier environment, including service specific contract drafting, negotiation skills and dispute management. Theability to analyse complex performance information and invoicing, as well as using clear escalation paths for reporting and resolving issues are essential.

We are seeking someone with a passion for supporting change, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong partnerships with the Business and Suppliers to drive value.
