**About Us**:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Cooking and Food Preparation**: Assist with cooking and preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

**-Kitchen Porter (KP) Duties**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and managing waste.

**-Occasional Unsupervised Shifts**: Be capable of managing kitchen operations independently during certain shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to food safety standards.

**-Supportive Tasks**: Assist the head chef and other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the kitchen.

**Requirements**:
**-Skills**: Basic cooking skills, good organizational abilities, and a strong work ethic.

**-Attitude**: A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team and independently.

**-Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
