**Job Opportunity: Trauma-Informed Support Worker**
**Salary**: £32,000 - £35,800 (Inclusive of sleep-ins)
**About Us**: Our client is a small, established organization dedicated to providing a loving and nurturing alternative to a family home. Specializing in restorative care for children who have experienced developmental trauma and difficult childhood experiences, we are committed to helping young minds reach their full potential.
**Hours**:
- Average of 39 hours per week
- Working on a 6-week rolling rota pattern
- Average of 8-10 sleep-ins per month

**Requirements**:
- Must hold a full UK driver’s license
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Undertake a key role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement.
- Work within the TiM care framework, implementing relevant plans based on theories of attachment and child development.
- Raise any concerns with the registered manager as appropriate.
- Take on the role and activities of a healthy parental figure, including meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and general maintenance of the home.
- Utilize knowledge of attachment, neurobiology, and trauma to inform and guide the approach to care.
- Ensure the placement plans for each child are followed and adhered to at all times.
