Residential Support Worker – Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate a dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, providing high-quality care and emotional support in a safe, nurturing environment.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans
* Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
* Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills
* Maintaining a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting
* A full UK driving licence
* A calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature
* A proactive and resilient approach with a strong “can-do” attitude
