An exciting position is now available within the assembly and manufacturing team for a Print Finisher producing Roller Banners, Pop Up Stands, Exhibition Stands and other printed portable display products in the fast-paced Exhibition Industry.

You must be a hard-working, diligent individual with a strong work ethic. A fantastic eye for detail and a passion for quality are a must.

A positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential, with the ability to work under pressure to achieve challenging customer and production deadlines whilst adhering to strict quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation of work area for daily production
- Trimming Large Format printed artwork to size
- Assembling Roller Banners, Pop Up Stands and Exhibition Stand products
- Working with the Production Manager and production team to ensure daily production targets are met
- Achieve set product production times
- Preparation of products for quality inspection
- Complete production tracking paperwork and documentation
- Packaging and shipping label completion for customers' orders
- Monitor equipment and report any issues for maintenance
- Complete monthly stock checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout shift
- Perform daily close down and preparation for the next business day

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team
- Previous experience within the print industry would be a benefit but not essential as full training will be given
- Physically fit and able to undergo manual work
- Attention to detail and passion to do a good job
- Fast learner and ability to adapt to daily challenges
- Ability to work under pressure

This role is based in Peterborough at our print and production facility. This full-time position with working hours of 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday but may vary due to customer workflow. Overtime may be required during busy periods and you must be prepared to be flexible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
