We are seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic Fabric Finisher is to work in our production and finishing department for our Dye-Sublimation and printed têxtile production area.

You are required to work quickly and efficiently to achieve customer deadlines whilst adhering to strict quality standards and procedures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation of work area for daily production
- Adhere to daily production schedule
- Working with the Production Manager and production team to ensure daily production targets are met
- Quality checking têxtile printing and formatting against hard copy proofs
- Cutting printed fabric to templates
- Assembling Tension Fabric frames
- Preparation of products for quality inspection
- Complete production tracking paperwork and documentation
- Packaging and shipping label completion for customers orders
- Monitor equipment and report any issues for maintenance
- Maintain a high level of organisation
- Complete stock checks when required
- Collaborate and work as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout shift
- Perform daily close down and preparation for the next business day

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent eye for detail
- Fast learner and efficient work ethic
- High level of enthusiasm and dedication for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and have the energy and stamina - wide format fabric production can be demanding due to weights of fabric rolls and exhibition frames that require assembly
- A genuine love for print
- Previous experience within the print/fabric industry would be a benefit but not essential as full training will be given.

This full-time position is based at our print and production facility in Peterborough. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Additional hours may be required during busy periods, and you must be prepared to be flexible.
