We’re looking for an experienced Global CRM Manager to join a leading global provider, who operates in numerous European countries, at an exciting time of growth. This is the ideal opportunity for a strategic, data focused marketer with a background in digitalmarketing who is looking to step up or an experienced CRM Manager looking for a new challenge.
**What you’ll be doing**
Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing you will be responsible for delivering an innovative strategy to improve client retention and reduce customer churn from the client’s subscription service.
Working across all markets you will ensure that you implement strategies to engage customers and support the external teams. You will set annual retention campaigns and work closely with the inhouse brand, content and product teams to implement these. You’llalso be responsible for supporting the acquisition team to drive new client growth through outbound comms & lead conversion.
**What experience you’ll need to apply**:
- Experience of delivering successful client retention strategies - ideally within a subscription or loyalty-based business
- At least 5 years’ experience of working in a CRM role or similar
- A good understanding of marketing automation systems
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
- Experience of working in a multiple geographical markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping & organisational skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Flexibility for international travel
- A great team player but also able to work as well autonomously
**What you’ll get in return for your experience**
This is a great role offering a salary of up to £60k, fully remote working (there is an office in Bristol if you wanted to go in), 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 3% employer contribution and paid leave for your birthday as well as the opportunity to builda team.
