**Hours**:9am-6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital operations expertise and competency with a minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role.
- End to end campaign management from an advertising operations perspective:

- Strong project management, organizational, influencing, negotiation, strategic, planning, critical thinking and communication skills, stakeholder management, overseeing timelines/SLAs, reporting to stakeholders.
- Taking inputs from XFN teams:

- Translating (often complex) briefs into clear and concise deliverables.
- Agency management a plus (in house or a part of):

- Such as performance, paid media, creative and content agencies
- Familiarity with how agencies work and how to manage them
- Coordinate the global and regional media agencies in conjunction with field marketing for alignment and consistency
- Strong track record of fixing process where it can be improved or building it where it doesn’t exist - capable of proactively identifying improvements to accelerate project efficiency
- Familiarity with leading process with finance, legal and procurement teams e.g., approvals process, raising finance for projects etc
- Breaking down barriers and finding a better way is a prerequisite for this role
- Ability to multitask in fast paced work environment where objectives frequently change
- Goal and target centric mindset - understanding how strategy and projects tie together to meet and beat team and company goals.
- Balancing being a team player but critically prioritizing when needed based on knowledge of which KPIs are driven by each project and ensuring team goals are met.
- Work closely with creative, web and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of development workstream, content and assets.
- Experience working with regional, sales, creative, engineering and product marketing teams
- Storytelling through analysis - Ability to produce reports and use analytics to highlight problems and their respective solutions, with strong communication skills
- Experience managing resourcing such as budgets, agency time, timeline and deliverables.

**Desired**:

- Lead and sales management - Understanding of how to track leads through the funnel and partner with sales to ensure they are being manage effectively.
- Martech experience - Marketo and Salesforce experience
- Managing translation and localisation processes.
