The role of **Subscriptions Marketing Manager -**

This a fantastic opportunity to join the subscriptions team as the Marketing Manager where you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to help drive subscription loyalty, create sales opportunities and set a new standard of exceptional customerservice. The Marketing manager will work in conjunction with the sales and content teams to ensure that Inside Housing, Social Housing and Housing Expert achieve revenue and subscriber numbers.

Managing the fulfilment team you will work closely with the Commercial Director, sales teams and data manager to create and implement plans to use online and offline channels to effectively drive sales leads, engagement and retention rates.

Responsibilities of **Subscriptions Marketing Manager -**
- Ensuring the fulfilment team deliver best in class customer service, effectively handling orders, customers enquiries and entitlements.
- Manage customer services processes to increase user experiences.
- Create and develop a subscription marketing calendar and strategy including an innovative approach to new business acquisition and evaluation of potential opportunities in the sector.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns using both online and offline channels across owned and paid channels.
- Devising effective marketing to generate leads and drive free trials to feed new business pipelines.
- Writing results driven marketing sales copy to be used across different channels, to both new and existing subscribers

To be considered **you must have -**
- Understanding of cross platform marketing.
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills are essential
- Attention to detail, thorough planning, and organisational skills
- Be comfortable managing data in different formats and systems

The Package for **Subscriptions Marketing Manager -**
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + additional day off for your birthday
- Flexible working

**Location -** The position of Subscriptions Marketing Manager will be based in Central London with hybrid working.
