The role is based on site at our office in Gosport 5 days per week working from home is unfortunately not an option due to client documentation confidentiality.

**What you will be doing**:
- Use various different machines to produce output of cards and of letters
- Maintain and update information held on the internal systems
- Support line management on any additional admin when required
- Maintain records for audit purposes

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in a previous administrative role
- Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Delivers a high quality customer service in a professional manner, creating trust and confidence
- Excellent communicator
- Constantly displays commitment and flexibility;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Attention to detail in record keeping
