**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join our catering butchery team.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cut various types of meat, including beef, pork, lamb, and poultry, according to specifications.
- Ensure all meat products are handled safely and stored correctly to maintain freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butchery area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years experience as a Butcher
- Must be able to drive due to location

Hours 7pm - 2am

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
