Suited to those who have Senior Operational Management experience, your key focus will be on delivering the running of Urgent Care Services - including Out of Hours and you will be directly accountable to the CEO.

You will have ownership of key performance standards and measures for the department, therefore experience in the usage of IT systems in urgent care is a must.

Being a member of the Executive Management Team you will be required to demonstrate professional leadership and guidance in the role.

You will have the ability to work with Commissioners, other providers and stakeholders at a local, regional and national level.

You will be expected to successfully represent the organisation in its future opportunities and strategic direction of travel.
